ORDERING

1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping and billing information, select your preferred shipping method, and complete payment.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. How do I use a promo code or gift card?

During checkout, you will have the option to enter any promo codes or gift card codes that you have. Simply enter the code in the appropriate field and click “Apply.” The discount will be applied to your order.

SHIPPING

1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

2. What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders within the USA. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA.

RETURN & REFUND

1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy for all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. How do I initiate a return?

3. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 4-8 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

CANCELLATION

1. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, you may still initiate a return once you have received the item.

2. Can I cancel my order before it has been shipped?

3. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
